I have an amw dvd player but cannot find it on any list with universal reimote controls in stores you should supply it like most other remote controls in case it is lost. if its not in the manual or somewhere on the player, you would have to call the company. i know some stuff doesnt work with universal remotes; my lg tv wont work with the comcast universal remote and lg is a pretty tv maker so it was kind of surprising
