I install my printer drivers to windows xp when i print i.d card theres no print..

I doubt it. We have a Persona C11 that stopped printing the cards and we sent it for service. The authorized service returned the printer with a note indicating that the printer has been discontinued and support is no longer available starting in December of 2007. So, I really doubt they will be releasing drivers for Vista,

MY PRINT OUTS HAS LINES
your printer has either:
1.low ink
2.the movement of the in slider is to slow
3.the paper is going too fast when it is printed
i sugesset you either take it back (if its new) ,or get a new printer

Ribbon keeps breaking
It might be because the printhead is heating up too high, and burning the ribbon.
Try lowering the heat in the driver.

Software update for persona c30 card printer by fargo
You need to be a little more precise on your question, I am not sure if you are asking for new drivers for the c30 or firmware? or you have it already and dont know what to do. I'll assume its the first.

go to www.fargo.com to download the latest printer drivers for your C30. Also the firmware is up to 4.6.3 i believe.

first check to see if the cards is going in?
have you done your cleanings?
it could be the roller is dirty and will not pick up the cards.
