Hello,
I have SONY DCR-DVD905E camcorder. I am using it for recording video clips for a scientific project. From the video, I need to take photographs after specific time interval. Eventhough I am able to get photo frames, I am not able to get them at a required pixel resolution (say 388*244) but always I am ending up with some low resolution (280*210)... Previously, I was getting the correct resolution. Hence, it may be due to any change in camera settings but I could not find it out...please help me out of this.. I lost the user manual also.
One user manual covers the DCR-DVD905 and the DCR-DVD505.
Go to
http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SYCustomerCare?storeId=10151&catalogId=10551&langId=-1
click on 'Manuals/Specs & Warranty' in the Technical Support section, thn on the subsequent page, in option 2, enter DCR-DVD505 as the model number. This will take you to a page where you can download the operating guide.
Good Luck.
