Hi,
I found water on the inside, bottom of the Freezer Side of my Frigidaire Model #PHSC39EHSS. The water is now turned to ice at the bottom. What can I do to fix this? Where is the water coming from? Thanks for any help.
The water usually comes from the evaporator defrosting and the drain being plugged with ice or frozen water. try a hair dryer and defrost the frozen water and clean the drain plug and hose
Testimonial: "Hi, Thank you very much! It is working and no more water so far. The only thing I am afraid of is that it might happen again in the near future."
Good afternoon friend, thank you for your post!
I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator has moisture forming underneath the bottom panel of your freezer and that is causing water to drip onto your shelves. Would you be able to provide me with your model number that way I could research additional information for you please? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside cabinet of the fresh food compartment normally on the left side of a top mount. On a side by side it can be found on the right hand side. I look forward to your response. -Matt
