Zebra Z4M printer error


My Zebra Z4M printer's power, pause and error light are all constantly on.
The printer powers up and will not go any further.

Could this be a mother board issue?????

Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated...

    Hp LaserJet 1020 pause when it connected via samba. The printer is directly connected to Windows XP computer and well configured related driver is loaded in XP Computer and work fine, but when take print from suse linux 10.1 it shows pause. The suse linux computer is well networked to windows computer via samba and all are ok. ping is also done, even ping by host name also done. In Linux computer HP 1020 foomatic driver also loaded and configured. But when take print from the Linux computer printer icon, the printer is shown pause after a very few seconds, even test page is not successful. when configured in linux computer the printer server is accessible is shown. plz help me

The mainboard does not need to be replaced, just the sensor head open is dirty and needs cleaned.

Zebra Z4M only feeds a small portion of the label.
You should try a factory reset. Power off the printer. Hold the "pause" and "feed" buttons down while powering up. Allthe lights will blink and when they stop blinking, release the "pause" and "feed" buttons. This will factory reset the printer.

ZEBRA Z4M PRINT QUE ERROR
Try a reset: press the PAUSE and FEED keys while turning the printer, release the keys when feed the label. You can also try downloading the latest firmware.
