Even though when the paper size has been chosen correctly it ejet

Ensure that you've chosen the appropriate carafe size option that corresponds to the quantity of water you included.

Open the paper tray and you will find in the side the paper size selection in there. Then select the correct paper size loaded.

The paper you are feeding is not the size that the printer is set for. Check the paper sizes that are set on the printer to make sure they are correct. Also make sure that all the tray stops are in the correct position for the paper that you are using. If you have worn rollers, the paper may be slipping when fed and causing a timing issue.

Please check if the paper guides on the paper tray are correctly positioned. For example, if you are using a letter sized paper, make sure the guides are set to 8"x11".

A couple of things to check.
1) Make sure the paper guides in the tray are adjusted correctly for width and in particular the length. 2) Remove the tray completely check guides. 3) Make sure the tray is fully seated into the printer. 4) Make sure the paper in the tray matches the size of the guides.
If the guides and paper seem OK, the printer may need servicing by authorized service center.

The unexpected paper size may cause the above error. Whenever your printer detects an abnormal size, this error appears on the device. It mainly happens when more than one sheet are attached with each other or when the paper trays are not set properly. To handle this issue, reload the trays with appropriate paper size followed by front and back tabs. For all the trays verify that correct paper size adjustments have been done. Now enable the jam recovery button and press the button 'GO' to print your document.

Make sure the paper stops in the paper tray are set to the correct paper size. If one of them is not in the correct location the printer thinks it is a different size of paper. Also make sure the selector on the tray is set to the correct size. If all these are good you should reset all the settings to default.

Take the paper off and place the correct paper size.
If the setting is in A4 paper size please place the A4 size paper.

Go to the queue of print documents and continue deleting them until you get a message that reads no more in the queue. That will clear the error and then you should be able to resend with the correct paper size.

In our case the correct paper size was selected and received this error.
