Could be the airbox touch the strut bar, there have been a few cases of that so check with hood open (park brake on) start and look close to make sure not touching anywhere.
Also have been reports of failed engine mounts so look at those closely.

start with the simple. the thumping check the starter make sure it in right and bolted down. now change your fuel filter then check fuel presser

This could be your alternator starting to go bad, happened to me once, all my guages went crazy. It doesn't cost anything to have it checked at the Autozone store here.

it seems you broke a cv joint, replace it

Was the the issue there before the new timing belt. It may be off a couple teeth. Do you have the correct type sparks plugs and the correct 02 sensors or some universal,splice in ones. When warmed up it goes into closed loop and the 02 sensors take over part of the fuel stratagy.

This noise is ussually right under your feet,It will need new stabalizer bushings and brakets.

sounds like alot of problems, have rolled into 1, without looking at it with my eyes, could be the main electric box that has just packed in

You likely have it repaired by now but it sounds like a classic case of oxidized battery or cable connection (sometimes mis-diagnosed as bad battery but cured with new (clean) battery)

cv joints maybe ball joints maybe transfer case but i dont think it is
