You can download the drivers you need on ASUS' Official Website Click Here (Direct Link for P5RD1 VM). Click on download tab, select which operating system. Then download the drivers needed. Hope this helps.

are u sure it is Realtek i think it is Soundmax built in ur board try drivers here

i advise you to try and download driver magician from any torrent sites. if your lucky, youll see that and that will be a great help in locating your motherboards drivers.

1. put Motherboard Cd (come with p5rd1vm) in cd/dvd rom.
2. BIOS configur as boot from cdrom.
3. restart machin Motherboard CD boot with press enter
4. command line shows 4 option
5. Select 1st option for exact and proper copy ULi sata driver for winxp.
6. Insert floppy press enter
7.you see d copy procedure.
8.then this floopy insert when winxp setup asking F6 for additional driver.
