Nokia N72 Unlocking Instructions Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Nokia N72 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Nokia N72 mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 - Switch on your Nokia N72 without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia N72.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.
4 - The Nokia N72 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

you have to phone 07973100450 from a land line. it will ask you for your phone number a few times then it will pass you to  a REAL person who will ask you ask you a few security questions like what are the last four numbers of your top-up card and vol lia that is how you get your four digit id code!!!!!!!

same...try taking it to like an unlocking place...i am sure mobile phone shops know a couple nearby! Good luck...
