Re: I just ordered the norton 360 last month and it's not...
1. Uninstall any third party security softwares.
2. Download and Run Norton Removal Tool.
3. Do a fresh Install of Norton 360.
4. Run a full System Scan in Safe Mode.
5. Check the Norton 360 in Normal Mode.
