Hi most likely seals on heat exchanger (condenser unit).
Lock heat exchanger in place.the should no movement at all.if movement you will require a rear seal for heat exchanger.Where heat exchanger seals in condenser box clean with scourer. check bottom of door seal for debris.

If you suspect the dish washer, try discharging the drain in a bucket. After the drain cycle check the wash tub. If water is still left, you have to clean the drain filter attached to the bottom. Refer user guide.
The final drain end of the dish washer where you discharge, the fixing junction has to be cleaned, incase it is clogged.
This happens to me occasionally. There is a long thin bottom panel along the floor. Then there is another panel behind it. Behind, there is a pan that holds water. If too much water gets in that pan the intake/drain light comes on. Take those two panels off, feel in the pan, if there is water pooled, then wet vacuum the pan dry. That solved my problem and saved me about $200. I got that info from the miele advisors. That is what it is about 90% of the time if it isn't that intake valve.
TRY THIS: TRY THIS: In some cases cleaning the condenser out and drying the unit well will allow the unit to function again. Once a month you need to empty the condenser unit, it is normal for there to be some water in the tubes when you do this, you then have to flush the condenser by pouring water through it in either your sink or tub. Make sure that there is plenty of room around the drier for air circulation; and empty the water container often or reconfigure your pluming arangement to reduce the water left in the container. The circuitry of this unit it sensitive to high humidity and can cause the unit to not function properly. So with condensing dryers you have to work on keeping them clean. Let me know how it goes. Later :?) DRRXR
TIP OF THE DAY-- To reduce the suction draft and drying time your drier and save some cash, remove the lint catcher and take it to the sink. Run water into it, if there is excessive pooling of the water (water not running straight through) then fabric softener is fouling the lint screen. Use a small brush and dish detergent to clean it and then shake off all the water and dry the screen. Remember this tip on future driers and you will make the dryer blower motor last much longer.
