Try uninstalling your PDF program, reboot and reinstall the latest version. It may be the way it is parsing the colours, if the Printer Test Page printed okay.
If you are printing online then you cannot print this document. Because this document is in flash. If you wana print this document then you can use print screen option from pc then you can print exact thing that you want.
Follow each of these steps until the problem is resolved:
Print a printer self-test by holding the power button down with a pencil and opening and closing the top cover four times. Check the nozzle self-test pattern in the self-test print out. If one or more of the solid rectangular areas are missing, an electrical contact problem may be present. Remove and then reinsert the print cartridge(s) into the printer. Print the document. If the problem persists, follow the steps listed above for cleaning the print cartridges and print cartridge cradle. Try printing again. If the problem continues, replace the print cartridges.
I've seen this issue (and printing out garbage characters with PDFs) on my 4200 and 4300 series HPs. A firmware update fixed the issue. Have you checked for a firmware update?
It may be that she needs more memory. It has 8mb standard, and you can add 8mb more. Make sure the fonts are not too complex or that the documents aren't graphic intensive.
ISSUE:
When printing from the computer, you receive a line of garbage or all of the printed output comes out on one line.
SOLUTION:
See the following:
Perform
a self-test to be sure that the HP LaserJet printer is functioning
properly. If the self-test is not correct, remove all cables and
accessories (if any) and print a self-test again. If the self-test is
still not correct, service the printer. If the self-test is correct, go
to the next step.
Reseat or replace the cable. Check
the cable for bends or pressure applied by objects resting on the
cable. A faulty cable or cables that do not meet the IEEE-1284 Standard
can cause print defects by distorting signals.
It sounds like a driver problem. Try replacing the driver for this printer on the printers folder, using the HP LaserJet Series II. With this driver, try again the PDF file and see if it prints correctly.
