The passkey is 0000 (four zeros). If you need instructions do the following:

First off, you want to have the H700 fully charged up and it's probably good
to have the PHONE fully charged up too. Now turn off the H700 (the ring around
the talk button should
not be flashing blue every few seconds) then push
the talk button for about five seconds, until the ring around it displays a
purple color. Immediately let go of the button and flip open the tiny
microphone extension. Now it's in pairing mode and you can leave it while you
fiddle with the PHONE.
On the PHONE, you want to push the "OK" button to get to your main
tools area:
Choose
Settings, then choose
Connection:
Now you'll be able to pick which type of connection you want:
You want bluetooth, of course, so pick that:
Now you can specify that you want to add a new
Handsfree device (even
though, logically, you should go to Setup in my eyes):
Select
Look For Devices, at which point the PHONE will scan for
available units in the bluetooth frequency spectrum and hopefully find your
H700 bluetooth headset. Assuming it does, it'll cheerily report the news:
If your PHONE doesn't find the headset, I suggest that you run the scan
another time or two. Also make sure that the H700 is still showing purple, not
blue or flashing blue. That should be all you need to do!
Once the PHONE has found the H700 unit, you need to actually pair them, so
don't stop here. Select the H700 and you'll be asked if you want to bond the
two units:
You want to say "YES", of course, at which point the PHONE will
ask you for the
bluetooth passkey of the H700, which, like all Motorola
bluetooth headsets, is
0000. Enter it:
Choose "OK" to proceed to:
The phone has saved the pairing passkey, now it'll disconnect and search for
it again in regular connection mode:
Hopefully it'll still find it, and verify the PIN:
Now, look at the H700. Notice it's no longer in the purple
"pairing" mode but has switched to the regular slowly flashing blue
mode. You're up, running. I hope this helps and Good luck!

Exactly the same thing! Please someone have an answer. I just received mine.
I have the same issue and what is happening is that the switch that turns on the headset is not keeping contact. If you push lightly on the microphone the unit should stay connected. I have not figured out how to fix it yet. I am sure that there is spring in the unit that has gotten weaker. It could also be a plastic clip that has worn down and is not appling enough pressure to keep the unit on. I am consdering taking it apart to see if I can fix mine.
I have the same headset and it is brand new but the battery wont hold a charge. It will beep when on a call then drop it cause of the battery being dead. When i plug it in to charge the light is green. I have tried charging it all night and still same thing????
I have a motorola h700. Fully charged. After talking for about 20mins it disconnects from cellphone. Call still connected to phone, but earpiece would not reconnect til next phone call. Why does this occur and how can I fix. Palm said "soft" reset of phone, but problem still continues.
Once headset is charged it constatnly switch from connect to dicconnect
I have the same problem. I have had my H700 for a while howerver every time fully charge it connect and disconnect constanly.
