There is nothing you can do about bad sectors. The Hard Drive itself, with its associated electronics, automatically maps these bad sectors and doesn't use them any more. So, the answer to your question is "NOTHING". Bad sectors may eventually make your Hard Drive unusable, and if your bad sector count is growing quickly it's time to do a complete backup and replace the drive.
Hi,
Bad sector is something like hardware defects and its not possible to remove them. But most of the softwares claims that they can remove bad sectors but actual what it do is, it will identify the bad sector locations and wont allow the files to be written on that particular region. If your hard disk has lot of bad sectors, then its good to replace it with a new one to reduce the rick of data loss.
you can also run the disk check / scan disk on all the drives. While checking select the option "Check for bad scetors and fix them automatically" as this can help you to some extend but not the permanent solution.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks

Download the manufacturer's diagnostic software, run it. Perhaps it can do a low-level format which will recover unusable space.
I wouldn't trust this drive with any valuable data, even if the diagnostic software works. The drive is probably soon to fail completely.
