Is this a gun question, Winchester model 67? Pre-world war? I would check with a gun club or repost this question as a firearms question.

Pull stock off your model 67 win. The trigger stays in the stock . Lift up on the barrel and action while pulling it toward the end of the stock. To separate them. Next open the bolt , then reach under the action grasp the arched piece of spring steel . Pull down gently on the spring steel retainer while pulling back on the bolt. You can also remove the ejector assembly in the same manner pulling down on it. Assemble in reverse order.

I have a Winchester model 67 long rifle, caliber 22 short. when was it made?

The Winchester 67 was sold from 1934 to 1963. They did not include serial numbers for the American market. Various design changes were made over time; they may help you narrow down the date of manufacture. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winchester_Model_67 .
