In most cases its GPU (Graphic card) and you didn't give specification of whole computer.

P5b-vm SE could run on Quad core CPU. You didn't mention your CPU as well ?

Please see the above link. In the top right corner of the board you will see CHA_FAN. However you could also plug it into the PWR_FAN located more in the top left of the diagram.
