When the dryer is in reverse drying mode, there is a squeaking sound as if some form of lubrication is required. I cannot seem to be able to get at the spot where the squeek is coming from but it s/b the motor. Is there an owners manual online to help me take apart the dryer?
I have not seen any service manuals online. The squeak will possibly be a rubber bush used to silence the machine. If you get it stripped down you should be able to locate the squeak by carefully applying pressure in different areas and the squeak should go... then hopefully you will have found the culprit.
We also have a bad squeak in our Bosch dryer that drives you crazy. The Bosch serviceman when he came to look at the problem said his own machine did the same and he gave up trying to fix it, cheaper to put up with the noise. I purchased Bosch because I thought it was one of the best, I will not be buying Bosch again!
