Shut it down by holding the power button until the screen goes black, don't tap the power off button, wait for the black screen. Then let your phone charge for a few hours (maybe over night) with power off and see if that helps.
Try to power it on while the charging cable is attached. If it does, then the cell or the charging circuit may be bad. If i does not power on, try a different Micro USB cable and/or charger, too.
I had to charge mine for 7 to 9 hours the first time, and make sure computer is left ON or it won't charge and the red light stays lit until it is fully charged. make sure the red light isn't blinking if it is, plug it into a different USB 2 port and don't use extension with it unless it is a powered USB extension.
1) Ensure the cradle is plugged into an active AC outlet and the LED light on the cradle is on. There is a switch on the bottom of the cradle to control the brightness of the LED, set it to the highest. Try different outlets if needed. Does the LED light turn on and stay on (does not blink)? ANSWER: 2) Remove the battery. Place the remote on the cradle and check the LCD screen. The LCD screen should display a 'White' screen with possible colors before going off. Try this a few times to confirm behavior. Did the LCD turn on briefly? ANSWER: 3) Reinsert the Battery. Have you charged the battery for at least 3 hours? If no, please recharge the batteries for at least 3 hours. 4) Did the battery ever boot the remote? If yes, please continue troubleshooting. ANSWER: 5) Remove the battery. Check the 3 gold contacts on the battery to see if there are markings on all the contacts signifying it was connected correctly to the remote. Did the battery have markings on all 3 contacts? ANSWER:
take out the SIM and micro sd and turn on the phone. then shut it off again, replace sim and micro sd then turn back on. DONE! **works on samsung jack too!!!

Bluetooth
Press the phone in the centre of the screen and it will search for other bluetooth devices
The other devices will appear when they are found
When your Parrot appears touch it and drag it into the centre
It will then connect and ask for pin
Enter the same pin on both devices and then your ready
