You can download it from Asus. Open the link provided;
http://www.asus.com/Search.aspx?SearchKey=P6T%20Deluxe%20V2
You'll need Adobe reader installed to view the manual. You can also buy the manual from Asus through Asus Estore link; http://estore.asus.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=5285

When I make changes in bios they won't save. F10 doesn't work

If you are also experiencing a problem saving the date and time in the BIOS, then you probably need to replace the CMOS battery. Also, chech to see if the CLEAR CMOS jumper on the mobo is set in the correct position.

I want to know all specification about the ASUS P6T SE motherboard also what kind of mother board is best

Open the link provided below. Asus Specifications P6T SE;
http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=t4yhK6y9W9o7iQ9E&content=specifications
The best MB of the Asus P6T series is the P6T Deluxe V2;
http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=iRlP8RG9han6saZx&content=specifications
If you want either MB and you want it to run ultra fast buy a 10,000RPM SATA 300 hard disk drive. Read this post by Jeff;
http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/archives/001304.html
I like the three year warranty that Asus provides. Most MB manufactures only warrant their boards for 1 year.

I hope this helps you to decide

Does asus make a motherboard that u can overclock. have a asus p6t deluxe v2 motherboard...does the rampage 2 motherboard be overclocked without any problems?

Some motherboard manufacturers make there motherboards (MoBo) "Overclock-friendly", and yes Asus does make the motherboards that are in that category. If the one you currently have lack of that feature, you could get third party software but be carefull and read the instructions before you change anything. Besides, take into consideration that you have to have optimal cooling devices for your component such as air cooling or water cooling before you overclok anything in your computer, keep this in mind: overclocking=heat increase

Worried about failure rate of asus p6t deluxe v2 motherboard heard it has a 50% failure rate

No that is not true. Though the percentage is higher if you try to overclock on that motherboard. As long as you don;t do any overclocking you should be fine.

Usb keyboard no longer recognised during boot process

Restore your PC before the BIOS update. BIOS updates are not required until & unless you face problems while running a software and it will prompt you for BIOS update. Do this update if its vital othewise do not intergere in the BIOS. I faced the same problem and after unistalling all drivers and again reload the original driver from MB VD slved it. Another thing in BIOS is USB setting at high-spped & full-speed. Try changing those settings and retry. Mine worked!...sodeep
