How can i adjust settings for blurred pictures on Samsung ES15

That would depend on why the pictures are blurry.

If the pictures are blurred because of camera motion, you need to either use a faster shutter speed or place the camera on a tripod or other stable support.

If the pictures are blurred because the subject is moving, you need to use a faster shutter speed.

If the pictures are blurred because it's out of focus, you need to ensure that the camera is focusing on what you consider to be the subject, not what the camera chooses.

Most likely you have activated the Macro function. Usually this function is illustrated by a flower icon. This function is used to shoot from very small distances. Deactivate the macro function.

Photos are blurred.

Blurred images are caused by several reasons: motion due to camera shake, use of slow shutter speeds and failure of the camera to focus correctly.

Slow shutter speeds

When light is low, wide apertures and slow shutter speeds will be selected automatically by the camera. Most people can't take blur-free, hand-held shots when the shutter speed is under 1/60th of a second.

Cameras that have optical Image Stabilization help but even IS has its limits. Increase room lighting, increase the ISO setting or use a tripod, or use a combination of all three.

Blurred images or misfocus

If an image is blurred due to camera shake, the blur will appear throughout the entire image. If parts of an image are in focus, and others are not, you've misfocused.

Webcam blurred

Very often this is a problem with the focus. Check if the webcam has a focus ring in front of it and if so, try turning it to sharpen the image.

All pictures are blurred and when looking at screen its blurred

Your camera's Focus mode may be set on Macro Selectable in which case the Auto Focus Range will be "wide: 0.07–0.7 m, tele: 0.4–0.7 m (macro AF)" as quoted in the specifications from www.kodak.com web page for the EasyShare M1033. While this setting is great for a close-up of a flower, anything more than a meter (about one yard) away will be blurred unless you reset your Auto Focus mode back to "normal AF" or "landscape mode"

View finder in samsung VP- W90 very blurred. Focus not the problem.

If the focus is blurred on the view finder, assuming you are talking about the eye piece and not the lcd, then it is a out of focus issue. Even though when you view it it's ok. Some cameras still have a focus knob somewhere to focus the eye piece.

Why are my flash images out of focus?

This could be due to any of the following reasons. 1) A dirty lens can cause whitish blurring of an image. 2) Light from the flash reflected back from the subject can cause blurring and a feeling that the image is out of focus. 3) In total darkness when AF measurements are impossible, the camera focuses for about 2 meters. Subjects that are closer or further will be out of focus. The Auto Focus Frame is red when AF measurements are impossible. In this case, use manual focus (MF).
