TURN THE DEVICE OFF.
PRESS AND HOLD "*"+ "3" + CALL / GREEN KEYS.
TURN ON THE DEVICE BY PRESSING THE ON BUTTON.
WAIT UNTIL THE NOKIA LOGO APPEAR.

IMPORTANT:DEAR VISITOR PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR VALUABLE DATA TO A SAFE STORES MEDIA BECAUSE HARD FORMAT WILL ERASE ALL DATA FROM YOUR PHONE.TO PROCEED TO RESET, THE BATTERY MUST BE FULL AND THE MOBILE DEVICE CONNECTED TO THE CHARGER. IF DURING THE COURSE OF RESET, THE MOBILE STOP RECEIVING ELECTRICITY IT CAN RUIN THE INTERNAL FLASH MEMORY OF THE MOBILE DEVICE AND STOP FUNCTION.

I have a nokia 6720 classic, some of my keypad buttons refuses to operate, what may be the problem?

If it is working when you press it harder,, there might be some corrosion(unclean) so if you can open the case just clean the points.Other wise you need to contact mobile repairing shop.Good luck thanks for visiting fixya
