On iPhone, I have 2 rented movies I can't remove: "invalid"

On my iPhone, I have two rented movies that I have watched that I can't get off my phone and they are labelled "invalid." I have synched the phone with my computer and the rented movies are not on my computer any longer. How do I get these rented "invalid" movies off of my iPhone?

I was able to get an answer via a Facebook post: synching with my iPod account didn't work. Swiping my finger left/right on the movie marked "invalid" brought up a delete button which I was able to press to get rid of the movie. Thanks.

Maybe there is something wrong with your iPhone system. If you really can't delete them manually. You could resort to a third-party software program called iTransfer.
Let me show you how to delete them throughly:
1. Run Leawo iTransfer and connect iPad to computer with the USB cable. The software will automatically detect your iPad libraries, and then show the libraries in the left sidebar. Choose "Movies" library and then the contents will be show in the right part of the window. The videos are lying in the window.

2. Hold "Ctrl" key and check the videos you want to delete, then right-click the chosen files and click "Delete" in the drop-down menu. The software will start deleting videos from iPad. The progress bar in the pop-up dialog will show you the percentage of the deleting process. When the deletion is finished, you will get the videos deleted from your iPhone.

When the deleting process is finished, you will find the movies are gone for good in your iPad; and after the backup process, you will get the movies in the target folder.
With Leawo iTransfer, users are able to delete movies on iPad, and back up iPad movies to computer with no efforts. Of course, this software in not only useful for the data transfers of iPad, but also for other iDevices, for example, you can with this software. If you are interested in Leawo iTransfer, you can free download it and have a try.

What do i do to watch a free movie

What kind of movie would you want to watch for free?
Here are some easy ways of getting content for low-cost and legally:

: Lots of movies come for free with cheap subscriptions like hulu, netflix, amazon prime, and others.
Rent: Sometimes its easy to rent a movie for cheap from amazon or google.
Watch TV off Channel's website: CBS, DIYnetwork, and other channels have great online presences to watch their shows for free.

And sometimes searching "[movie name] online streaming" can return results where your can stream shows and movies for free.

I do not personally recommend downloading via torrent sites, because such activity may infringe on IP / copywrite and can be tracked / prosecuted. Some people are not intimidated by that risk, however.

How to remove DRM protection from iTunes movie rentals to MP4

As most iTunes users know, iTunes not only allows users to purchase classic films or popular videos from its store but also provide rental service for the users. People are more likely to rent a movie than buy one, that means cost less.
However, low cost also has its drawbacks. Once you've started to watch the movie, you have 24 hours to finish watching the movie (even if you start watching before the download is complete). You can watch the movie as many times as you want within this 24-hour period. The rented movie will expire when either the 30 day or 24-hour limit is reached. Once the rental expires, the movie is automatically deleted. You must re-rent and download the movie to view it after your rented movie has expired.
So in order to keep iTunes movie rentals for long time with MP4 players while not online, the rented files needed to be converted with an appropriate program.
  1. Download a converter program like M4V Converter Plus for Win. Install the program by double-clicking on the installation file after download. Finish the installation, click the icon and launch it.
  2. Click the Add Movies in top left corner, then you will see the pop up windows which will show you all the iTunes purchases and rentals. Find the file you want to convert and click OK button.
  3. The added movie rentals will show up on the main window. And then set the output as you need. Here we choose Same as source for MP4 from the output profile list.
  4. Click Convert button to start the iTunes movie rentals to MP4 conversion.

More info about M4V Converter Plus

M4V Converter Plus is an all-in-one DRM M4V removal tool for users which can not only get rid of DRM protection from iTunes movie rentals, but also convert them to various popular video formats like MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV and so on.
Both Windows version and Mac version of M4V Converter Plus are available for users.

Dont know what to do

Probably not much help. but the 1st thing I would do is check to see if the disc is even turning...put it in with label straight up, then when it fails, eject...odds are severely against the disc being oriented the same way if it spins, so if it hasn't moved, the main drive motor is bound up or dead. Either way, return it.
