Print is skewed
- The rear access door might not be fully locked into place, causing the paper to skew in the all-in-one. Remove the rear access door by pushing in on both release tabs as shown in the figure below. Inspect it for damage, and then reinsert it. Make sure it is securely latched in place.

- The paper feed rollers may be dirty. Over time, paper fibers and dust will stick to the rollers and should be removed.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the all-in-one and open the front to expose the print mechanism.
- Gently wipe the paper feed rollers with a soft clean cloth slightly dampened with clean water. These rollers may be rotated with the power unplugged.
- Remove the rear access door shown in the figure above and wipe the paper supply feed rollers. These rollers may be rotated with the power unplugged. Allow the water to dry for five minutes before reinserting the rear access door and locking it in place.
- Close the all-in-one and reinsert the power cord.
if it is a scanned page, look for a drop or dot on the scanner glass. this will come out as a line on the page. if not, you've got a little lump in the wiper on the transfer ribbon or on one of the toner wiper arms. blow them oout with some compressed air and try again.
oh, don't expose the drums to light any more than necessary. and never direct sunlight while doing this. the transfer ribbon is not sensitive to light so don't worry about it.
this is a laser printer and does not use ink. I didn't check the model to confirm this but by the pic it looks like a laser, not a inkjet
