It won't spin until all the water is drained out. The drain pump may be blocked or faulty. Fix the drain pump fault first then deal with the filling issue. They will not be related.
the buzzing noise is the pump trying to work, but it cannot due to a blockage. unplug the washer and you can lean the washer backwards and remove the pump to unblock. the fill error is probably unrelated, and is an inlet valve issue.

The Display size switch setting does not match that stored in memory.
Action - Reselect the size of Smartdrive by using the SIZE SETTING MODE. Push and hold
the water temp up button, then press the power button to enter SIZE SETTING MODE. Three
LEDs are used to identify size. The cold water temperature LED identifies 5kg. The low water
level LED identifies 6kg. The hold spin speed LED identifies 7kg. If the product has not been
setup before all 3 LEDs will be on. To set the size for 5kg push the wash temp up button then
the power button. To set the size for 6kg push the water level up button then the power button.
To set the size for 7kg push the spin speed up button then the power button. This locks the size
into memory. To check the size is set, start a cycle.
Hi dear.That's related to size error.When you replace the motor control module you need to set the machine wash capacity like:5Kg or 7.5Kg.To do that please follow the steps: Phase 1 to 6 Size Switch Error The Display size switch setting does not match that stored in the memory.IW machines, Phase 5 and 6 To access Size Setting Mode. Push and hold the Fabric care button and then press the Power button to enter Size Setting mode. Select the correct size on the display by pushing the White button next to the correct size (phase 5) or using the Adjust button to highlight the right size (phase 6). Size setting is then achieved by pressing the Power button. Powering off will set the size into the memory. Check the size is set before starting a cycle.

Close your external inlet valve to the machine. Disconnect hose of washing machine from the valve; keep a bucket there and open the valve to see if water comes well. Next check the screens (filters) on the hose, clean well. This shd be done on both ends of the hose/s. Refit carefully. Check for leaks. If water still (don't forget to open the valve!) does not enter machine change the inlet valve of your wash machine. Can be done yourself. Rate me pl...........if helped.
