Start with the basics FRESH BATTERIES:

1) Fresh batteries should be in each.

2) Turn on the Wii with Player 1's remote or the button on the console.

3) Open your SD Card cover and press Sync. Very shortly afterward, press the red button on your P1 Remote (in the battery cover). Lights will blink and then will be showing a light in the first square, denoting the connection is complete and it's P1.

4) Do the same as Step 3 for the P2 remote. For the P2 remote, after the blinking, then the second square will be lit, meaning it's P2.

That is the Standard Connection. It is tied to the Wii until it's re-done.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After you attempt to synch them (pressing the red synch button on the wii, followed by the red synch button underneith the battery cover of the wiimote), make sure the wii is turned on and press the buttons 1 and 2 on the wiimote at the same time to have it search for recognized bluetooth devices (ie. your wii).

this should help you.. leave a testimonial if I helped.
The first thing I did while the Wii was turned on was that I tried to sync the Wii Remote by pressing the "1" + "2" buttons at the same time. The lights at the bottom of the controller flashed for about 30 seconds, but never received the signal from the Wii. Bummer.

The next step I followed was to hit the sync button on the Wii Remote (Wiimote). Then immediately opened the cover for the opening where the SD Flash card goes and pressed the sync button on the Wii. 30 seconds of flashing, and no result. Double bummer.

Finally, after some Google searching, I found a couple of message boards where people had to press the Sync button on the Wii (not the Wii Remote) for 15 seconds to reset it. I performed this step and then pressed sync on the Wii Remote. The 2nd controller synced up almost immediately. What a relief!

Apparently the problem lies in the fact that the Bluetooth technology being used has to be manually synced in order for it to connect to the Wii. It does not make much sense at all. You would think they could be pre-authorized in order to minimize time and ease of use. In addition, you really have to be careful that your other controllers are turned on while syncing or else the controller that you are trying to put on channel 3 might end up on channel 2! This happened to me on one occasion.

Good luck with getting your Wiimotes in sync with your Wii. Hopefully this helped!

It seems like it is a syncing problem. Do the wii remotes flash when you push buttons on them? If they do be sure to try and sync them again. Remember to check the manual on how to sync because it can be irritating at times. Hope this helps.

Cant use the remote

The remote has to be sync'd with the wii properly. If you sync it with another wii you have to sync it back.

Open the battery cover on the wii remote.
Open the front cover door in the middle front.

In each you will see a Red circle sync button in the remote and a rectangle button above the memory slot on the wii front.

Turn on wii, press the sync button on front of wii, then press sync button on remote, the remote should then get a signal and blue lights on front show player #. If not, turn off and try again. Once sync'd it will work with that Wii.

Ipod shuffle wont play

If iPod shuffle isn’t playing music
â iPod shuffle might not have any music on it. If you hear the message “Please use
iTunes to sync music,” connect iPod shuffle to your computer to sync music to it.
â Slide the three-way switch off and then on again.
â Make sure the earphone or headphone connector is pushed in all the way.
â Make sure the volume is adjusted properly. A volume limit might be set. See “Setting
a Volume Limit” on page 25.
â iPod shuffle might be paused. Try clicking the Center button on the earphone remote

Our new controller wont sync up with our Wii, why? put new batteries in pressed the sync button and the blue lights just keep flashing, is there a special place we have to sit or place the remote?

Did you press the red sync button on the wii where a SD card goes? You press that once then the wii remote sync button once, wait while it flashes then in a few seconds it should be synced in.
