You probably have a network card called a IB-30 installed. You will need to reset this card by changing the jumper from is original position to the next one. This will restore the original factory settings, there are only one jumper on the card. If you still have the CD your IB-30 came with it will explain to you under troubleshooting how to restore the factory defaults.

we can only access the start tab, anything else will ask for password/id.
no its the kyocera command center web page for the printer when you type in the printers IP address. the web page will show up and is shows the features which we cant get into.
Can you selelct any other tabs, like FAX, without having to put in you password?? or can you only access the START tab??
well...are you referring to the account password at Kyocera.com?

We found that using a different web browser like Microsoft Edge or Firefox helped. Some features are not supported with Google Chrome. Internet explore on the older machines still works the best.
