Samsung s3600i Emergency call only , back cover stuck

Hi i have bought Samsung s3600i phone and been using for 2 months now. yesterday i can't receive or make any call it keep saying "Emergency call only". i tried turn on and off but it doesn't work. i try to remove battery and sim card but the problem is i cant remove it back(battery) cover. it is very hard to remove and i still can't make it. it stuck. can someone help me. thanks you. I have the same model. lay phone down on a soft cloth battery cover facing up.Take the palm of your hand gentle press in and down in the direction of the arrow. Thats it.

hi,

if you take the phone back to the shop you bought it rom they should fix it.

Mine was doing the same thing so i took it back last week. Picked it up yesterday and it seems to be working fine. Guy said there is a software fault with these phones...
