One year old machine displays Sd error code ("Suds Detected" per the manual). As a result, clothes remain wet after incomplete spin cycle. Followed all correction instructions in the manual. Also tried pulling the plug for fifteen minutes. Outflow line seems clear. Any ideas?
Found the problem. After removing the back panel, found some garments in the bottom of the surrounding clear plastic tub. These must have been periodically blocking the outflow area and triggering the Sd error code. Fixed it by opening the top components of the washer so I could see down into the surrounding tub from above. Fished out the garments with clothes hangar. Put everything back together and have done six loads with zero problems.

Are you using the correct detergent? If you're not using HE detergent, you're potentially adding a HIGHER concentration of soap in a washer that uses LESS water than a conventional washer. This will also cause over-sudsing.
