EZ 3612 CEE Water Not Draining Completely After Dry Cycle

Just recently not all the water is draining from my Equator EZ 3612 CEE. Items seem pretty wet after the wash cycle, and emersed in water in the tub after the dry cycle. I can hear the pump working but does not seem as though all the water is draining out.

I checked the trap at the bottom of the kick plate area. No kinks in the drain line and water is not overflowing in the drain so the drain must be clear. Heat comes on in the dry cycle because I can feel the clothes are hot at the end. Not sure what else I should check

I have exactly the same problem with Neff washer dryer V5360XOGB - water doeasn't drain and clothes are also immersed in water during the drying cycle (heat seem to work too). The fabric softener has not been pumped away from the drawer. Drained hose is not twisted and I have checked for foreign bodies in the detergent pump but found nothing. Anyone can help?

ChicagoRandy,
You may be loading the washer with too many items. 8 pounds (wet) is the max for an Equator EZ3613 CEE. Mine would drain, but then wouldn't spin, leaving the clothes soaking wet. Here's what worked for me:
I turned it OFF, unplugged it for a while, emptied it of all items, plugged it back in, turned the dial to RESET, turned it ON and watched the Mode light flash quickly for a while, then watched it for over a minute, flashing about once a second, to ensure it really had reset itself. Then, I turned it OFF, turned dial to Cotton 1, turned it ON, and it performed the cycle properly when empty. When this strategy worked, it told me I had put too many items in it for it to spin.

Leaks near filter

It may be the drain pump that is leaking, you can open the back panel of the unit and figure out if it is so by checking the drain pump for leakage just when the pump starts to work.

Equator

If the water is filling that means that the door is latching, you may want to contact Appliance desk who take care of after sales service for Equator and speak to their technical department.
you can find their contact information on their website www.appliancedesk.com

Washer knob continues to click through cycles

Anything on your machine can cause this. The most common things are brushes in the motor , blocked / damaged pump, or control module. There are too many possibilities to go through, but check pump and motor first
