What is the fuel line size for the Troy Bilt TB525CS Trimmer?
Mine got brittle and broke.
It looks like ID 3/32, but maybe it is ID .08"
Also, the OD looks like 3/16.
My TroyBilt manual does not show the fuel line as a separate
part, they have it included with the fuel tank.
Also-- is there anything special I need to know about replacing

Yes, something special to know. If the new fuel line is going into the gas tank, be sure to cut a steep angle on the end of the line going into the gas tank. This will allow enough of the line to get into the tank where you will be able to grab it thru the gas fill opening with needle nose pliers and pull it thru.

Why is this solved - the answer has nothing to do with the question? What is the outer diameter and inner diameter for the fuel feed line and the return line to the the tank. I think the return line is different. If only I had known this was so difficult to find out - I would have kept the original lines. I tossed them when I bought a carb kit but the lines aren't right - the feed line isn't wide enough to prevent gas from spilling out where it goes into the tank
