I have a sportline 2787 stopwatch and have no instructions to set it and I can't figure it out myself I need a new set of instructions please thank you george in Barnesville Oh.

    That link goes to "220 Stopwatch Instructions" and those directions don't work as stated for the 2787 I have.

That link goes to "220 Stopwatch Instructions" and the instructions do not work properly for my 2787 stopwatch.

    I found the link that's supposed to go directly to the 2787 manual:http://www.sportline.com/manuals/2787.pd... However, my watch doesn't work according to those instructions either. Perhaps it's defective.

You can get instructions by going to http://www.sportline.com/category.php?cat=4 and and locate your watch from the list and clicking on your model.

Now click on "more info" and you will find a tab marked "manual"

You can get instructions from their web site.

Go to "www.sportline.com/category.php?cat=4&p=2" and you will see a list of their timers, click on the "learn more " tab for your watch and and then on "manual".

Down load manual.

Alarm on 2006 sportlines stop watch
I'm not sure which stopwatch you have, but if it's a 3 button one with Split on the left, Mode in the middle and Start/Stop on the right, try pressing the left and right button at the same time. Hopefully, this will turn it off. The little 'sound waves' should disappear. Good luck.
