Do this test first. With the TV on normally, shine a flashlight on the screen. look for a dim moving picture.
1) If you see one, the backlight led driver isn't working.
2) If you DON'T see a picture replace the T-Con board.

If you still have picture, and the sound was working before this--you may have lost the audio amp chip. I hope you are not running a bunch of external speakers on the tv here--this WILL kill that chip !!
Check the fuses on the ysus & zsus boards. Are any fuses on boards open . Disconect power cabels to ysus board first {board on left} . put tv on . if the light is green the ysus board must be replaced.
This TV does not use a bulb. It is a Picture tube type set. *No picture but there is a dim background. Menu works. This is caused by a bad signal. Perhaps the video cable is bad if you use a cable box. The HDMI cable may not be working right. Try a new cable. *No picture, no menu This could be caused by a failure in the part that draws the picture up and down (The vertical). Can also be the side to side (Horizontal) or a high voltage problem. The last usually kills the sound as well so its not as likely. If the cable does not fix it, you will likely need a technician.
If you managed to find a manual or have resolved the problem, please post it back here to benefit others.
You probably had a partial or complete power supply failure.
