Watch winder replacement/removal

Hello

Would you be kind enough to tell me how to remove a watch winder and replace it again.
I would also like to know if you know how to get a digital watch light working again. The light stopped working after my digital watch was jolted. My new email address is [email protected] if you can reply.

Kind Regards

Alan

How to wind a Wolf Agney watch

Looks like you put it into a $3,000 winder!

How to put watch in Wolf Winder?
To put your watch in the winder, remove the cuff by pinching the two outside wings inward and pull. Close your watch's strap or bracelet before placing the watch on the cuff. Compress the cuff, then slide your watch over the cuff, the watch face should cover the WOLF logo.

How do I remove the crystal of this watch?

Hi Niko, the face of the watch is usually accessed from the back by removing the back cover, mechanism and the winders. I would recommend taking it to a watchsmith who will hopefully replace your second hand at a reasonable price.

If you want to try it yourself, there is a risk you may be un-"watchable" ;) How to reset watch hands

What kind of watch winder do I need for this watch

You have selected a wonderful watch... Heuer and TAG/Heuer should be gently wound by the motion of the human wrist and the falling of a centrally pivoting weight (there is no ideal direction).

AUTO-WIND function is NOT at all unique to your watch...

After a couple of CHEAPER "winders" failed me... and after I figured about 4 watches was more than enough to keep wound... I found the greatest BASIC watch winder... to run year over year (efficiently and quietly)

MTE watch winder (their very basic WTS-4).

Good luck: I WILL try to include the URL (see page 6)

My watch is not working, does this require a new battery or is it an automatic winder ?

Sorry but just looking at your low resolution photo, there is no way to copy the make and model. Nice watch and it looks like any watch. No one cant tell you it it's electronic or has an automatic.winder.
Maybe yopu have a way to tell it it's automating is by shaking it. Automatic watches have a kind of rotating wheel and it should make a particular noise.

I want to replace the battery in my wife's Ebel

After removing the 5 screws and the glass with seal, put your screw driver und the opposite edge to the winder. By carefull lifting,(do not force) you will find the inner watch assembly lifts out enough. to access the battery. The winder spindle has a joint in it which allows the body to bend on it to almost 90 degrees.
Hope this is helpfull

Need to remove winder on mens seiko titanium so i can remove the

Ensure crown is in neutral position i.e. pressed home (not in set hands posn.) Remove back and adjacent to the winding stem on the movement there should be a small button (may be indicated with an arrow) depress this gently whilst withdrawing the crown and stem from the watch. Ensure you don't engage to set hands position in the process. You might also find a couple of screws securing the movement into the case. P.S. Usually don't need to remove from case to replace battery.

SEKONDA: HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE SNAP ON BACK COVER?

Sorry, but your hands (especialy fingers) aren't strong enough. Nothing personal- just confirming the fact. My hands can handle 50 ATM casebacks, but I would say this is more expierence than strength.
OK, back to business: align the winder groove first and make sure this side of caseback sits in properly in case. Then use your thumbs to push the opposite side of caseback in, supporting the watch by your palms and knees. Do not try to push the caseback in bit by bit going all around the caseback. This sort of action will never work.
So, align the groove, support your palms by the knee(s) and push the opposite (to the groove) side of the caseback in to the watch case by one, but strong attempt with your thumbs. It should snap in.
If this doesn't work, you will need to ask the watchmaker to close the watch.
NB: Watchmakers are using specialized press for closing watch cases wich do not require any strength at all.
