TrimLine was part of Nautilus until they were phased out Your problem sounds like the lower board is causing the problem. Not knowing where you are located it would be hard to direct you to a servicer near you , but ultimately you will need to call and see if you are comfortable in the way they handle you over the phone. If you are game to repair this the only tool you will need is a phillips screw driver. Unplug the unit pull off motor shroud and you will see a lower electronics board get a pencil and pad make a drawing of board ( stick man drawing good enough) and make notation of where all the connection go to check it twice before disconnecting and usually their are only 4 screws holding the board. Now you may purchase this board Treadmill Doctors.com just them M# and Ser# and they should be able to help you. Good Luck!!

Sounds like the same problem I have. Trouble appeared after I'd moved the treadmill. Local tech, tested the motor by touching red and black wires to the posts on a rechargeable drill and motor and belt moved fine...but no power coming off the board posts to the motor, even though everything else seems to be working...just no belt movement. He diagnosed a lower board issue. Trimline is no longer made but it was a $2000+ treadmill so may be worth saving. He pointed me to Fitnessrepairparts. com as the sole source of old, and rebuilt parts. I ordered a new board, which is really easy to install btw, but the treadmill acted exactly the same way. All lights, menus, clicks, sounds, etc seem to work, but belt wont move. Tried the drill battery test again and the belt moves fine. Just not sure what to think, but the replacement board was $350...and didn't help me a bit. Still working on it.

My trimline 2200 treadmill will not start the belt. I started having problems where it only worked on very slow speed now the belt won't turn at all. I tried pushing the circuit breaker reset

Likely your motor wore out, or that the circuit for the motor driver is shot. If the panel is starting it is likely that the motor is not getting any power at all.

The treadmill will sometimes start and most times will not, even though there is still power. Then I will be on and the belt will stop turning. I can move the incline level but that is all.

Hello,

With the motor cover off and the power on, make sure there is a red light/led lit on the controler, if yes then press the start button then press #3 on the speed side. If not lit, you dont have power to the controller. If you had a red light, and pressed the speed button, the light should start flashing just before the walk belt starts to move. If the speed button is pushed and the light on the controller does not flash, you have a problem in the console. This is only fixed by replaceing the controler.

Sorry.

Hope this was at least helpfull, Matt

Tredmill not moving

That's an embarrasing admission. A treadmill works like a conveyor belt or a car's fan belt. If it is too loose it will slip under load. There will be an ajuster on your treadmill. All you have to do is tighten the belt. Do not overtighten it though. an

My Trimline treadmill 1050.E2 is showing an 'E2' on its screen and not working any more.

Hello all,

I have the same issue - it Shows "E2" on the time Display...

I already checked the Speed sensor and inclination potentiometer and both are OK... Moreover, I found that EEPROM Memory (Microchip 93LC46) is broken (reads "00"). After replacing it, I Need a way to reset / recalibrate the treadmill. I found on some Forums that there shall be a key combination (Speed+ & Start / Stop or similar) but None works for me. Could you please (if available) post the User Manual page describing the calibration entry? Or, maybe, advice a way to calibrate the 1050? Even the EEPROM Content (I guess the it is an issue) will be really helpful. Thank you in advance,

Milos
