E1 Code - tried fixing it according to manual still won't work

The "E1" code indicates there is a drain error, water can not drain fully within the required drain time. Before doing any cleaning or maintenance you want to power off and unplug your washer.
I would suggest removing and cleaning the pump filter and checking the drain hose for a blockage. On a front loading machine there is a circular area toward the bottom front corner. Use a coin, a key or a screwdriver to get that circular trap door opened. Once you have that opened you can pull the hose out to open the block and allow the remainder of the water to drain.
The filter comes out with a twist - remove the filter to clean any coin, pins or any other kind of foreign material. Then replace it and thumb twist to tighten it (you put the hose back, right?) and then close the filter cover.
I believe this should do the trick. Happy washing!

Unplug for 5 minutes then plug back in. This may reset code. You may have to push cancel / pause button for 3-5 seconds. If this doesn’t help, drain pump may have something obstructing it or may be defective

"Sd" - (Excess suds)
F8 followed by E1 - (water supply error)
F9 followed by E1 - (drain pump system error)
F5 followed by E2 - (door will not lock)
F7 followed by E1 - (motor drive error)
"rL" - (remove load)
Washer making error beeps - Door has not been opened and closed for at least 3 cycles
Washer beeps when HOLD TO START is touched - Door not closed
F# E# code other than as described above appears in display - System Code Error
"nt" (interrupted) - Cycle was paused or cancelled

I have the model number b1113j and the stainless steel drm on the inside is off is there any manual that can show me how to take the machine apart there is no warranty left and I am not payi g the cost to get it fixed

Common causes for this are fill and empty problems, heater fault (or the wiring to it broken), water pump open circuit (although that would stop the water draining too) Pressure chamber blocked or pressure tubing pipe looped below the pressure bottle, or a sticking eco ball in the sump hose (sludge and grease build up)
This error code is generic and vey common.Try getting checked the internal wiring damage by professionals.I certainly hope the problem lies there.

Usually when the thermistor is repaired the high limit is replaced, I dont recall the E 2 except a manual is under the console
