Goto drivepacks.net to download the ethernet drivers
Type "device manager" in your windows search area
(To get to your search area, click on your "start" button or the windows button, depending upon which version windows you are using)
Then select "device manager"
This will cause a list of all your computer's hardware and peripherals to be listed; anything not working will have a little yellow triangle with a "!" in it indicating a problem.
If you click on the"+" to expand any category, you can select any device, right click it and select "properties" and get driver information about it as well.
The first tab "general" will state if the device is working properly; look for the "driver" tab and click on it and you can update or roll back the driver from this screen to get any non-functioning devices working.
You may need to restart.
