Hello that's a 2010 model set. It sounds like the y sustain board is failing (part # EBR61855101), it usually starts with bad connections on it. A screen shot would be helpful...thanks
have almost the same problem left side is black with sometime blue line red lines or a whole bunch of different lines some one help please have sound and right side of tv works fine
