is it solid lines or do they flicker, come and then go based on what colors are on the screen. Also does the interlace spread the horizontal line from top to bottom and bright colors?
Had the same problems. This was after the a power outage. Had green vertical and horizontal lines, like a checkered shirt. But I searched online and found the simplest solution. Just unplug the power. And it worked.
The cause is one or more shorted transistors either on CRT board or on main or both. The colors are red,blue and green, you have a transistor for each and a bias trans. check each there are 6 in all.

one of possible solutions is to replace capacitors (10uF/50V) on HYPER (PD0246) module. Please ask the tech to check/replace them.
