Mercury motherboard vga driver for windows 7

After installing the VGA driver, reboot then go to Device Manager and check for update on the vga driver using the windows update.

It should found the correct/alternative driver for it.

If these are not windows 7 compatible then windows 7 will automatically install a Standard VGA Adapter driver.

At the bottom of the page click on Download Drivers.
A window will pop-up. You will be able to download the VGA driver on that screen.

After the download just double-click the file to start the installation.

At the official site for your motherboard there are no drivers for Windows 7. You can take a look at this link. As far as I can see you use Ati Radeon HD5570 as VGA card. The official drivers for this particular vga for Windows 7 are here so I can't see why you are looking for motherboard's VGA drivers for Windows 7.
