Just keep in mind that the Film is still a lil' bit cheaper then the whole assy., and 8 out 10 times, its the Film that fails in the asssy

Hi. That error is related to the fixing unit. You need to clear it from service mode first.

You need to be quick doing the next process because machine will automatically turn off after a few minutes.

With the copier turned on press the next key secuence
Press adittional function
Press 2 and 8 ( at the same time )
Press additional function.
Service mode should appear in the screen . If it doesn't repeat the secuence until it does .
When service mode appears press in the touch panel COPIER
Then select FUNCTION
Then select CLEAR
then select in the lower list ERR
Then press ok in the lower corner
Turn off the machine from main Switch. Wait a few seconds and turn it on again .
Try to make some copies . If error persist there is a malfunction in the fixing heater and need to be replaced
