My DVD player is not working properly, Door closing and opening problems and reading problems even i removed the dust by dvd cleaner.
and i removed the top case, after touching any component giving electrical shocks
I had this same problem until yesterday. I took the disc loader out of the metal "box" and removed the metal transport mechanism. I also removed the loading belt. The pulley and gear arrangement still would not let me fully extend nor retract the tray. There was a mechanical obstruction. I solved the problem by inserting a blade - type screwdriver in a horizontal slot on the bottom of the front part of the plastic tray (looking at it from the back to the front). I very carefully pried the plastic "open" and rotated the pulley to force open the tray. The guide mechanism "popped" back into place and it seems to be working fine now. It is once again playing DVD's and opening and closing normally. You have to be very careful when doing this, or you will break the plastic. It is probably not necessary to remove the metal transport mechanism, but I had to in order to see how it was supposed to open and close the tray. Good luck.
I think in opening and closing the top case, you have either removed the earth connection or have let the top case metal part in touch with live wire.
