Question about LG CU500 Cellular Phone
Nokia 6301b handset purchased used still has old data on it. Factory standard security code 12345 is not accepted by the handset. IMEI 353112021417940 confirmed by both electronic command and reading the label under the battery is rejected by code generators online as "invalid IMEI". Am I out of luck?

The default Security code is 12345.
If you changed it and
forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will provide
you the default security code so that you can use your phone.
This security lock
prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets that is why it
can only be unlocked by authorized device dealers.
