In order to connect it to a network, you need to have the print/scan option installed. If your copier has the print/scan option, you can hook it up with an Ethernet cable and download the print driver from the Ricoh website:
This is all you need to upgrade your copier to a network printer/scanner and fax. Good Luck.

If network board is installed: Press "User tools" "System setting" "interface settings" "network" "ip address" then, with "spceify" highlighted, select "ip address" Type in your preferred IP address, press 'OK'.....then be sure to select "OK" with "specify" highlighted to lock in the setting, or it will not be saved. Do the same for the Subnet mask. Then set it up on your PC.
You will need to assign a new appropriate IP address for the machine under "user tools" system settings", "Interface settings", "Ip address". Then create a new tcp/ip port for the printer, and point the old driver to this. Scanning may require additional work -perhaps a tech, to reconfigure the scanner. Your probably using the "scanrouter" software?
