If you can not get through the yahoo web site to access your yahoo mail, it will be better to uninstall whatever internet browser you are currently using.

There is also another option of clearing your web cache, cookies and deleting your browsing history. It does help, although, it is advisable to fresh install a new internet browser.

The Nokia 7310 phone can access various web services. These services depend on your service provider. Depending on what provider you use, Yahoo may or may not be available to you. To access a web service:

1. Press Menu
2. Press Home
3. Press Web

If you have a bookmark to Yahoo or your phone has a preinstalled one for Yahoo, you can access by the following method:

2. Press Web
3. Press Bookmarks

This happens every so often with yahoo(it always happens that email can't be accessed). All you can do is wait till Yahoo resolve the issue, more often then not it takes a few hours, but once it took several days. Just hang in there...I am having the same problem as is everyone on Yahoo Mail.

Error Code 1
Most likely this is temporary issue that will soon resolve itself. "Error Code 1" is generally caused from having multiple browser windows open or multiple tabs within the same browser open to your Yahoo! Mail service.


If you are still receiving the error code, please try the following:

1. Log out of Yahoo! Mail.
2. Close all web browsers.
3. Restart a web browser and log into Yahoo! Mail.

You'll have to contact Yahoo directly and explain your problem to them to get this issue resolved.
