Has this radio just been fitted into this car as it looks as though it is a VIN coded radio .
This means it has to be electonically linked to your vehicle ...and this is usually a job for the Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service
You need to get the code from the dealer to unlock the stereo. right now it 'thinks' it has been stolen (happens when the power supply is removed from the stereo).
Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE' Use the Steering Wheel RemoteControls for code entry. Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct
first digit Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct
second digit Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct
third digit Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct
fourth digit If the correct code is now shown on screen, press and hold the [ ¬] button for up to 10 seconds to store the
code =====================================================================

I have seen this problem, or a similar problem several times. I have found the front face of the stereo has a cracked circuit board. If I remember correctly, looking at the face of the stereo, it is usually the bottom right corner, opposite if you are looking at the PCB. It may take running jumper wires on the circuit board to correct.
