Please give me the motherboard GIGABYTE GA-945GZM-S2 all driver for Windows 7 (chipsets, raid networks, audio drivers. serial- ATA II)

Gigabyte hasn't made available the Windows 7 drivers for the GA-945GZM-S2 as of yet. You can try to contact them and see if they will eventually provide them:
http://tw2005.giga-byte.com/Company/ContactUs/contact_us.htm

It's possible that the Vista drivers may work, but there is no guarantee on that:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2425#dl

If you have Vista, you can install the Vista drivers, then try to upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista. Here's a tutorial that may help:

I just flashed my Bios Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 from F12 to F13. Now my CPU fan is at full speed. It's loud and driving me nuts. I've looked all through the bios to see if I can slow it down. Also, went on...

it's actually good that your cpu fan is runing at it's full speed. Usually only the manufacturer issues firmwares. Lookforward Gigabyte for the update. thanx

Raid

The RAID driver was supposed to be created by the Gigabyte CD on to a floppy disk. Durring windows you were to incert the floppy disk & press F6. Windows would have included the driver software. You can also go to Gigabytes web site & download the RAID driver. (This site is for rev 2.0).
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/Driver_Model.aspx?ProductID=2422
For help instruction on how to setup a RAID configuration. Read through this link.
http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=830&page=6
& this link will also help.
http://www.pctechguide.com/tutorials/RAID.htm.
Read pages 65 to 75 for RAID setup in manual.
The links online will help you understand setting up a RAID system.

Good Luck! & Take you're time.
