Though Lexmark does not recommend using refilled ink cartridges, you may try to refer to this article in the Lexmark website on Unsupported Cartridge Error on a Lexmark X3330/X3350 All-In-Oneto determine and resolve the problem. If error continues, try to insert a different known working cartridge. Thanks.
I have one suggestion for you, please follow the instructions below:
1) Turn on the printer; take out the cartridges and shake them
2) Turn off the printer for a few minutes
3) Turn on the printer, when it says "insert inks", and then insert the
compatible cartridges one by one, making sure the cartridges are
sitting completely in the slots.
Many brand name printer cartridges have a code that tells the printer they are a new cartridge. Once the cartridge is empty it will never again tell the printer that is it new.
You can refill the cartridge but it will continue to tell the printer that it is empty.
You say you "had my ... cartridges refilled today" so I suggest you go back to the folks who refilled them and ask them for suggestions.
Otherwise, purchase off-brand cartridges that won't tell the printer they're empty and keep refilling them as needed.
Another approach: purchase a new printer that won't give you this problem. I refill my Lexmark cartridges without any problems.
try this and see if it works, shut down the printer and the computer then restart the computer first. you may try to uninstall the printer software, then reinstall it that way you are starting fresh, the software may have missed something on the install process. then when every thing is loaded, then turn on the printer. biigg53566
try restoring the printer to factory defaults, the manual usually can tell you how, Im asuming you removed any tape or seals that cover the ink contacts.
Inserts the ink cartdridge, close the lid and press the O.K. or ready or Check button or whatever button it is that tells the printer to continue.
