Hello keri... when it will not spin and it makes a grinding sound the transmission has gone bad. This is a costly part and a costly labor fee. Unless the machine is still under warranty a replacement is recommended over a repair. Joe
The symptoms that you describe are caused by bearing failure. The water seal in the wash tub has failed, allowing water to leak into the bearing causing the bearings to rust. As the bearings start to rust, they will not roll properly and start to make a rumbling sound. The sound get louder the faster the bearing turns.
It a major job to repair since the washer has to be taken apart and the wash drum needs to be removed to replace the seal and bearings. Get a few estimates before deciding whether the washer is worth the cost to repair or replace. Sorry.
you may have a broken shock, remove lower pane with a 1/4 socket or nut driver, once you have done that you should see 4 shocks at each corner of outer tub, if one has come loose or broken it will sound loud when in spin, it should be easy to notice
“F20” on display (Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient water supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on? Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Do rate the solution.

I just had to have my barrons replaced in my washer on the spin cycle it sounded like plane taking off. I dont know about yours but mine was loud, you probl. have the same problem. get a technician to come and check it out, all these machine's are hard to work on so let professional take care of it. if you need me to find someone in your area please just let me know.
thanks,
