Find the D3DRM.DLL file, copy, and paste to C/Windows/SysWOW64

Im trying to download a game but it sais this is missing..... d3drm.dll?

Download d3drm.dll from here http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/D/d3drm.dll/5.1.2600.0/download.html

& then Copy it in C: > Windows > System32.

Copy on the system32 fold.

Now your problem will be solved.

I got a remote controll helicopter and when I installed the software for the Flying Model Simulator, it brings up an error saying that D3DRM.DLL IS NOT LOADED.. What can I do to run this program so I can...

The D3DRM.DLL file is the Dynamic Link Library for Direct3D Retained Mode, an older DirectX display technology that was not included with Windows Vista. Direct3D is used to render three dimensional images in applications where performance is important; the most common examples of which are games, CAD drawing programs and graphics editing software.
The error message displayed varies by program, but some some of the more common ones are:

"Failed to initialize Direct3D with current settings"
"Cannot find the file d3drm.dll"
"This application has failed to start because d3drm.dll was not found"
"D3DRM.dll is not loaded"

This error is usually a sign that the d3drm.dll file has been deleted, corrupted or altered in such a way that makes it unusable to your program.
To fix errors like this:
1. Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. It will fix the d3drm.dll error.
2. Uninstall the game or software program and then reinstall it again.
3. Update the drivers for your video card.
4. If it doesn,t work copy d3drm.dll file to the system folder.

D3DRM.dll is not loaded

I had the same problem. the only place i found that can fix this without a scan and trying to sell you something is---- microflight.com i followed the instr. and it loaded right into fms. i have vista and it did not inclued the d3drm.dll in the directx and will not load even with updates. hope this helps

Load program

With windowsXP and earlier it should work fine.
BUT If you use Vista you will need to add this file to your computer "d3drm.dll" go to http://www.driverskit.net/dll/get/494.html to download the file. Then put it in your C:\Windows\System32 folder on your computer. It wont work until you do this. Good luck.

This graphics driver is not included in Vista. In order to get it to work follow these steps:

1) Download "d3drm.dll" from http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/D/d3drm.dll/5.1.2600.0/download.html

2) Copy it in to the "c:\windows\system32" folder

Run your program again and it should work.
