It seems to have a problem with your motor i think you didnt get it serviced regularly. It can be a problem with your belt as well you can follow the bellow mentioned steps to get it fixed:
step 1
Lubricate the walking belt if you are experiencing friction. Unscrew the bolts and screws on the sides of the rollers to loosen them. Remove the front roller, then the rear roller. Remove the screws that hold the deck (the platform underneath the walking belt) in place. Lift the deck and the walking belt out at the same time. Lubricate the walking belt with a lubricant suggested by your manufacturer.
Step 2
Trim the edge of a tattered walking belt. Remove the walking belt. Lay the walking belt flat on the ground. Measure and mark the walking belt so you can trim it evenly on each side. Use a metal straight edge as a guide. Use a razor knife to cut along the edges, being careful to cut only what is necessary. Check to make sure the edges are smooth before replacing the walking belt.
Step 3
Adjust the tension of the walking belt by loosening or tightening the adjustment screws on the rear of the deck. To loosen, turn the bolts equally in a counter-clockwise direction. To tighten, turn them clockwise.
Step 4
Center the walking belt. To move the walking belt to the left, turn the left adjustment screw at the rear of the deck counter-clockwise until it is centered. To move it to the right, turn the screw clockwise.
if motor is faulty please get it replaced.
Hi,please follow the stepwise solution provided below to help you fix your treadmill problem;
STEP 1
Check the electrical supply. Make sure the treadmill is getting electricity from the outlet. For all the remaining steps, turn off the power supply.
STEP 2
Clean the unit. Dirt can cause friction build up on the belt and cause it operate stiffly. Once the unit is clean, turn the electricity back on and see if this helped. If not, turn the unit back off again.
STEP 3
Examine the speed sensor for dust and dirt buildup as well. Cleaning the electronic sensors should stop jerky treadmill action
STEP 4
Replace the belt. Follow the manufacturer's directions to remove the hood of the treadmill. Loosen the belt fasteners with a screwdriver. Slip the belt off the machine. Put a new belt on the machine. Be sure the replacement belt is the proper one for your treadmill.
STEP 5
Adjust the belt if you smell something burning. If the smell persists, disconnect the unit and don't use it until you fix the problem. In all likelihood, something is causing the motor to run hot. A misaligned belt is usually the cause.
STEP 6
Change the motor. If all else fails, this may be the only solution to fix your treadmill. Follow the manufacturer's directions carefully.

Hi, unplug your unit remove the motor shroud then plug unit in now on lower
board their should be some LEDs Get on the the unit and with one of
your feet push the belt now one of those LEDs should flicker this is
tell you that the speed sensor is good. Now with you feet on the side
foot rails hit start you should see another LED flicker this is your PWM
this signal tells that the upper console and cable for the most part is
functioning. Now if the belt at this point If you have a multi-meter
put in on dcv 100v connect where the 2 leads coming from the motor and
see if there is any dc voltage generated. If the motor is still not
moving last I would check is the motor itself unplug the unit take the
motor leads off connect your meter lay the meter down where is
completely visible, get back on the the unit and with one of your feet
push the belt now you are generating dcv for all intensive purposes the
if is reading then the motor is good Replace Lower board if motor iis
not reading replace motor..

Hi, you have a cracked front roller, remove the front roller and cover to inspect it and you will discover that the rubber sleeve over the roller has slipped as well and is shredding. The roller is a heavy metal that you might not find ant crack, but you have to remove the torn of rubber and force the rubber sleeves back to the center. This will fix the clicking sound and the belt will start moving..

I can see the motor running, but I am getting clicking sounds and the belt does not move. I have check the tension on the walking belt and have check the belt at different sitting, so I know that the belt is okay. I'm at my wits end here. Got the clicking sound from the motor and no movement on the belt. I checked the senor and it is proper set on the fly wheel of the motor. Any ideas as what to do now.
